Measure the circumference at the knee cap (patella) keeping the knee fully extended. Ideally,
use a paper strip and use a pen to mark the point where both meet.
Use a flat ruler to measure the distance between the two points.
How it Works?

As the brace/support stretches in a bi-directional manner when in use, slits in the material open, creating an airflow path. It allows fresh air to move in and a certain amount of moisture plus heat is able to pass through, keeping the skin dry relative to other braces.
THE DESIGN
Padded Donut: Helps in better tracking of the unstable or injured knee cap. With added foam, makes it reasonably comfortable to kneel if necessary/permissible. (Do use a thick carpet/mat to prevent further wear and tear).

Wrap-around: A simple but efficient parallel interlocking design with 3 Velcro-style straps creates a better grip around the joint to improve its overall alignment and motion plus reducing slippage. Easy to re-adjust depending on activity. It fits most knee sizes (318 mm to 406 mm) as per circumference measured around the knee cap; with the knee straightened out.

How to Wear?
- Sit in a comfortable position and keep your leg straight
- Position the donut over the knee cap, ensuring the strap with the Oppo logo is on the thigh
- Secure the shorter middle strap behind the knee first (between the upper and lower straps)
- Next, secure the upper and lower straps around the donut to the front of the support
- REMEMBER: Readjust compression as necessary basis stress levels of the activity
